You may cancel your CyberShield Global membership any time after four months of paid membership. You will continue to have access through the end of the month in which the membership is cancelled. Refunds will be processed for the remainder of the balance after the four-month requirement has been met. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership period.

CyberShield Global offers a cyber insurance policy add-on. Members must maintain an active membership to qualify for the insurance policy purchase. Members who purchase the Cyber Policy will not be eligible for cancellation. The cyber insurance policy is subject to approval.
